For Domestic Orders - Within India.

• * We provide free delivery for our products.
• * The dispatch time is 7-10 days.
• * Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days after dispatch

  depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamaties & other unavoidable circumstances.

Packaging Information 

At Heritage Panjab, we carefully package every order to ensure it reaches you safely.

• 925 Silver Jewellery is delivered in our premium wooden box and includes a Jewellery Care Card with care instructions.
• Alloy Jewellery is shipped in our standard protective packaging and does not include a wooden box or a Jewellery Care Card.

Please note that the packaging may vary depending on the product category.

For International Orders.

• * Shipping is flat 2500/- Rs for whole order.
• * The dispatch time is 7-10 days.
• * Delivery time ranges between 7-10 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamaties & other unavoidable circumstances.
• * All custom duties shall be borne by the customer.

In case of both Domestic and International orders you shall receive a confirmation email of your order and another email from us after your order is dispatched containing tracking information.
