CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

  1. Heritage Panjab jewellery is special and completely hand-crafted in our workshops. Our contemporary designs showcase rich Panjabi heritage.
  2. Heritage Panjab jewellery is unmarked by us in order to preserve its authenticity.
  3. Your jewellery should be stored in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.
  4. Don´t forget to remove your rings when washing up or showering, as soap particles may become lodged in stone settings and crevices. Soaps can also leave a film over metal and stones, creating a dull appearance.
  5. Store your jewellery in its own box or pouch to prevent scratching, chipping and entanglement.
  6. All Tribe Amrapali silver is hand polished before sale. Exposed to the atmosphere, all silver is prone to oxidation and consequent tarnishing.
  7. Gentle rubbing with a silver cleaning cloth will restore the original brilliance of the surface.
  8. Do not use liquid cleaners for carved silver jewellery as the liquid dries into the engraving.
  9. If you wear your gold-plated silver jewellery for significant periods of time, the plating will eventually wear down. To restore its appearance, you can have it re-plated.
  10. Make sure your jewellery is not in regular contact with hard surfaces, which will scratch or wear down the plating or enamelling.
  11. Never use detergent, soap, toothpaste etc to clean your gold jewellery.
  12. When dressing, jewellery should always be put on last as make-up, cosmetics and perfumes can cause damage to delicate items.
  13. All stone jewellery requires extra care and consideration during wearing to protect the setting as well as to safeguard the diamond or gemstone it holds.

  • 92.5 Silver : Silver with 92.5% Purity with 22k Gold plated and Micron Plating.
  • 22 Karat Gold : 22K gold has 91.67% (22 out of 24 parts) purity and is mostly used in our designs.
  • Cultured Pearls : These pearls are created by a mussel farmer or oyster farmer under controlled conditions.
  • Freshwater Pearls : Freshwater pearls come from freshwater mussels. Freshwater pearls come in an amazing variety of shapes and colours.
  • Shell Pearls : Shell Pearls are synthetic pearls.
What is the purity of silver & gold used?

We have enlisted two ranges on our website - Silver and Gold. Silver pieces are based on hallmarked 92.5 sterling silver with 22k gold plated & we customise gold pieces in 22k & 18k gold base.

What stones are used in your pieces?

We use a combination of precious and semi precious stones in our pieces. Stone details about every piece are mentioned in their product descriptions. Here is a list of some stones that we very frequently use:
* Precious Stones (Lab tested and certified): Emeralds, Rubies, and Sapphires
* Semi Precious Stones: Tourmaline, Green Onyx, Blue Onyx, Belur Polki

Do you use real pearls in your jewellery?

We use Fresh Water Pearls or shell pearls in our jewelry. We often use South Sea Pearls as well. Specifications are provided in product descriptions under every individual piece of jewelry.

What about the polish? How long does it last?

All our pieces have a 22k or Micron Gold Polish, which when properly taken care of lasts up-till 4-5years. You will be provided a Care Card upon purchase, which has instructions about proper jewelry preservation. In case you wish to get your piece re-polished after some time, we would be happy to do so. Does your jewelry have any resale value?

Yes, we offer a lifetime cashback offer of 50% or an exchange of 60% on our sterling silver pieces. We also offer a 2 year long cashback offer of 50% or an exchange of 60% on our mix silver products. The offer is only considered valid if you have retained the original invoice and are in possession of the product in its original condition.

Do you also make custom jewellery?

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept various modes of payment such as: Online Payments, Bank Transfers, Cash On Delivery.

How long will it take to get my order?

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered within 4-5 working days from the day your order is dispatched
For select pincodes and cities like Chandigarh, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore the product will be delivered within two days.
Note : Actual delivery timelines might vary subject to reasons beyond our control and we will ensure that we inform you as soon we can in case of any such delays. Delivery details with a tracking link shall be provided on email as soon as your order is shipped.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been confirmed with us, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email once your product has been dispatched. This email will consist of a tracking number which you can then enter in the Track Your Order tab.
