Defective Product & Replacement Policy

In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with relevant details and supporting images.

For domestic orders, customers are required to ship the product back to the Heritage Panjab warehouse at their own expense. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Once the returned item is received and verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

For international orders, returns, exchanges, or replacements are not available.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
Orders are dispatched within 7–10 days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery timelines may be impacted due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

A flat shipping fee of ₹2,500 is applicable on all international orders.
Orders are dispatched within 7–10 days. Post dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–10 days, depending on the destination.
Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer.

For both domestic and international orders, you will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase, followed by a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. In such cases, customers may opt for a full refund or choose a credit note for future purchases.

Before requesting a return or exchange, we kindly ask you to understand the nature of our craftsmanship. Every Heritage Panjab creation is handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each piece unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, stone placement, or finish are a natural characteristic of handcrafted jewellery and should not be considered defects. Every product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences, including changes of mind, expectations regarding size, weight, colour, or minor handcrafted variations.

Product Disclaimer

All Heritage Panjab products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Punjab. Due to the handmade nature and use of natural stones, slight variations in color, design, and stone setting may occur. Each piece is unique and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchase. Our team is happy to assist with additional images or videos to help you make an informed decision.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if:

• ⁠You have received an incorrect product; or
• The product has been damaged during transit.

Any such issue must be reported to heritagepanjab@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video of the package.

The product must be:

• Unused and unworn.
• Returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, invoices, and certificates (if applicable).

Any product showing signs of use, alteration, damage after delivery, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Defective Product & Replacement Policy

Shipping Charges

For approved returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the return shipping charges.

For Domestic Orders

Customers are required to ship the product back to the Heritage Panjab warehouse at their own expense. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Once the returned item is received and verified by our team, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

For International Orders

Due to customs regulations and international shipping processes, all international orders are final. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted for international purchases.

Made-to-Order Products

As all made-to-order products are specially handcrafted upon confirmation, any advance payment made towards a made-to-order order is non-refundable. In case of cancellation by the customer, no refund, whether partial or full, shall be provided under any circumstances.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

You may exchange your product at any time under our lifetime exchange policy.
Up to 50% of the original purchase value can be redeemed as store credit towards any other Heritage Panjab product.

Lifetime Repair Policy

We offer lifetime complimentary repairs covering product damage or breakage.
This policy does not include replacement of stones or similar embellishments.
